Ledgr is a private software application. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or an official representative of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the Department of Finance, or any other government agency in the Philippines. Use of this app does not constitute official tax filing. All official tax matters should be conducted through authorized government channels at bir.gov.ph.
User Ownership
You own all the data you enter into Ledgr. We have no access to it and no rights over it.
No Financial Advice
Ledgr is a tool to assist with bookkeeping. It does not replace professional tax or legal advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Ledgr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. These terms govern your use of the Ledgr mobile application and any associated services provided by KeyLabs.
2. Information Sources
Ledgr utilizes tax tables, categories, and logic derived from official Philippine government publications, including the TRAIN Law (Republic Act No. 10963).
- The application provides estimations based on public BIR guidelines.
- Official Source: www.bir.gov.ph
- KeyLabs is not responsible for changes in tax law that may not yet be reflected in the app's current version.
3. Use of Service
Ledgr is a self-service bookkeeping tool. You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data you input
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Ensuring your use of the app complies with local Philippine laws and BIR regulations
4. AI Features & Accuracy
The Smart Tax AI uses large language models processed on your device. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content can occasionally be incorrect.
Important: AI responses should be treated as educational guidance. Always verify critical tax calculations or legal filings with a certified public accountant (CPA).
5. Limitation of Liability
KeyLabs provides Ledgr "as is" and is not liable for any financial losses, tax penalties, or data loss. KeyLabs does not provide tax-filing services and is not responsible for any disputes between the user and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
